Over the past 10 days, Russian forces have dropped 768 guided and high-explosive bombs on the part of Donetsk region controlled by Ukraine.

This was stated on live television by the Head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, Vadym Filashkin.

“Just in the last 10 days, the occupiers dropped 768 guided and high-explosive bombs on Donetsk. Almost all infrastructure under fire—both public and private—has been destroyed. This is the situation in which Donetsk now lives,” the regional head said.

He added that under these conditions, around-the-clock work is being carried out by 200 energy workers.

“More than 200 of our energy workers are working almost nonstop, across over 30 teams. I thank them once again, because our energy workers are among the bravest. They restore electricity immediately whenever the security situation allows, because the enemy is trying to destroy everything here,” Filashkin said.

He emphasized that gas workers and all municipal services in Donetsk are also doing everything possible to support the population during this harsh winter.

“All mobile communication towers are powered, and we are working directly with our mobile operators. We understand that stable communication in Donetsk region is essential,” added the head of the regional administration.
