Nighttime Russian drone and missile attacks on Ukrainian civilians demonstrate how interested Putin is in ending the war he started.
This was reported by the Ambassador of the United States of America to Ukraine, Bridget Brink.
"After all the negotiations in Moscow yesterday, again Russian missiles and again drone attacks on civilians at night make it absolutely clear how much President Putin is interested in a just peace or an end to the war he started," said Brigitte Brink.
