The team from the Ministry of Recovery, led by the Minister of Community Development, Territories, and Infrastructure, Oleksandr Kubrakov, met with the Ambassador of Canada to Ukraine, Natalia Tymoshenko. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the main priorities for the recovery and development of Ukraine's transportation sector and the attraction of private capital.

"We already have successful experience of cooperation, including within the framework of the Support to Government Reforms in Ukraine (SURGe) project, funded by the Government of Canada. Together with experts, we are shaping and implementing state policy on recovery, regional development, and decentralization.

At the same time, despite the war, the transportation sector remains one of the investment-attractive areas. We focus our attention on increasing export capabilities of land and water routes, both in the long-term and short-term perspective.
