One of Spain’s largest retail chains, Carrefour, has begun selling Ukrainian food products.
According to the Embassy of Ukraine in the Kingdom of Spain, the launch of this project was made possible through agreements and practical cooperation with the company MadeinUkraine.es.
“Ukrainian products are currently available in 21 Carrefour stores. The coverage includes key regions of the country, including Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Zaragoza, and Almería, providing access to Ukrainian goods for a wide range of consumers in Spain’s major commercial centers,” the statement said.

The first products on the Spanish retailer’s shelves are from well-known Ukrainian brands: Veres (canned goods) and Skvyranka (grains and grocery products), which meet European quality standards and have stable export potential. In the near future, the assortment is expected to expand, including the introduction of products from other Ukrainian manufacturers and brands, the embassy added.
