The Russian Federation has learned to load submarines with cruise missiles. Currently, the loading is taking place in Novorossiysk.
This was reported by the spokesperson for the Ukrainian Navy, Dmytro Pletenchuk, on a telethon broadcast.
"The country that calls itself a 'superpower' couldn't bring in a crane for half a year to load missiles. The main problem in the logistical disruption was not in storage, but in the use of the missiles," Pletenchuk explained.
He also added that the last few attacks were carried out by submarines, which are constantly based in Novorossiysk.
