Every 6 hours russian invaders in Ukraine kill one child, every 3 hours injure one little Ukrainian.
As a result of the shelling of the town of Rubizhne in the Luhansk region, a garage was set on fire, in the basement of which there were four people, two of whom were children.
After shelling of the settlement in the Bashtansky region of the Nikolaev area the 14-year-old girl was seriously wounded.
An explosion of an unknown device on a pontoon bridge in Chernihiv region killed two people and injured two, including one teenager.
The number of dead and injured children in the city of Mariupol, in some areas of Kyiv, Chernihiv and Luhansk regions remains unknown.
As a result of the invasion and targeted shelling of enemy forces, 869 educational institutions were damaged. 83 of them were completely destroyed.
Such actions by the armed forces of the Russian Federation violate the fundamental rights of children - the right to life and health, guaranteed to every child in the world by the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.
I appeal to the UN Commission for Investigation Human Rights Violations during Russia's Military Invasion of Ukraine and the expert mission set up by the OSCE participating States under the Moscow Mechanism to take into account these facts of war crimes and crimes against humanity in Ukraine.
