The U.S. President's Special Representative for Ukraine and Russia, Keith Kellogg, stated that the involvement of European countries in negotiations to end the Russo-Ukrainian war will be crucial.
He made this statement on the social network X
"America First does not mean America alone and European participation will be critical to end the war and keep the peace," Kellogg wrote.
He added that on the last day of the Munich Security Conference, he met with Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen, Austrian Federal Chancellor Alexander Schallenberg, OSCE Secretary General Feridun Sinirlioğlu, and Finland's Secretary of State Pasi Rajala.
At the same time, on February 15, U.S. Special Representative Keith Kellogg stated that Europeans failed when ensuring the peace process within the framework of the Minsk agreements, so the United States is unlikely to directly involve them in the peace process in Ukraine.
