Germany, in collaboration with Denmark, has delivered an additional eight Leopard 1A5 battle tanks to Ukraine as part of their ongoing military assistance.
This information was confirmed by the list of military aid provided to Ukraine, published on the German government's website.
As of July 29, the total number of Leopard 1A5 tanks delivered by Germany to Ukraine reached 58, up from the previous count of 50. Alongside these tanks, Germany has also supplied Ukraine with 21,000 rounds of ammunition for Gepard self-propelled anti-aircraft systems and two Bergepanzer 2 armored recovery vehicles, including spare parts.
Moreover, Germany has provided 10 unmanned surface vehicles, 10 ground surveillance radars, nearly 25,000 combat helmets, and a field hospital. This comprehensive support underscores the commitment of Germany and its allies to assist Ukraine in strengthening its defense capabilities.
