In the Czech Republic, there are calls for the country to withdraw from the United Nations (UN) after the UN General Assembly passed an anti-Israel resolution.
The Czech Minister of Defense, Jana Äernochová, made this statement on her X (Twitter) account.
She strongly condemned the UN resolution, which calls for a "ceasefire" between Israel and Hamas and does not condemn the actions of the militants.
The minister believes that the Czech Republic should leave the UN, which, in her opinion, "supports terrorists."
"I am ashamed of the UN. In my opinion, the Czech Republic has no business in an organization that supports terrorists and does not respect the fundamental right to self-defense. Let's withdraw," the minister emphasized.
