To record a violation, you must fill out a form, describe the fact, attach the available evidence.

A special web platform has been created to effectively collect and process information about human rights violations by the Russian Federation during the war with Ukraine.

According to the President's website, Andriy Yermak, head of the President's Office, said this.

The platform is located at humanrights.gov.ua. The collected facts are planned to be used as evidence for the defense and representation of Ukraine in the European Court of Human Rights and the International Court of Justice.

President Volodymyr Zelensky, by his decree, has already authorized responsible persons to represent and defend the interests of Ukraine in the International Court of Justice in the case against Russia on charges of genocide. And there will be more such things.

To record a violation of human rights and/or a crime committed, it is necessary to fill out a form, describe the fact of violation of human rights by the invader, attach the available evidence: photos, videos, documents, information about witnesses, victims.

It is noted that all information and witnesses who provide it will be under reliable protection. The data will be processed by a qualified team of lawyers and will be prepared to protect the interests of Ukraine. The evidence base will be used only in court cases of Ukraine against the Russian Federation in compliance with international standards of justice.
