In the city of Kostyantynivka, Donetsk region, about 5,200 people remain. The city currently has no gas, water, or electricity supply.
The head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, Vadym Filashkin, reported this during a television broadcast.
“There are currently 5,200 people left in the city of Kostyantynivka and 5,274 in the entire Kostyantynivka community. There is no gas, water, or electricity in the city, so the heating season will be extremely difficult,” Filashkin said.
He also noted that it is no longer possible to receive qualified medical care in the city.
“People with injuries or those in need of medical assistance go to Druzhkivka or Kramatorsk. Once again, I urge people to evacuate,” he said.
At the same time, Filashkin emphasized that Russian forces control all access routes to Kostyantynivka. Police officers from the “White Angels” unit and rescuers from the State Emergency Service enter the city only after coordination with the military—when the security situation allows—to help residents evacuate.
