On the night of November 29, 2024 (from 18:30, November 29), the enemy attacked Ukraine with 132 Shahed-type drones and drones of unspecified types from the following directions: Orel, Millerovo, Kursk, and Primorsko-Akhtarsk (Russia).

To repel the attack, aviation, anti-aircraft missile units, electronic warfare systems, and mobile fire groups of the Air Force and the Defense Forces of Ukraine were involved.

As of 09:00, air defense forces had shot down 88 enemy drones in Kyiv, Chernihiv, Cherkasy, Sumy, Kharkiv, Poltava, Zhytomyr, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Odessa regions.

41 drones were lost from radar, likely due to active electronic warfare countermeasures by the Defense Forces, and 1 drone returned to Russia.

As a result of the Russian attack, infrastructure, vehicles, and both private and multi-apartment buildings were damaged in several regions of Ukraine, and assistance is being provided to the victims.
