Alexander Konotopskyi, founder of Ajax Systems, announced:

"We are proud to release Ajax SpeakerPhone today. It is 2 way audio verification device for communication between customer and monitoring center. It is quiet popular in security and elderly care market. Especially in France. Merci mes amis pour cette idée géniale:),” he wrote on LinkedIn.

With the SpeakerPhone Jeweller, monitoring companies are always connected to the site and can quickly and appropriately respond to any threat. The device helps monitoring center operators verify alarms, deter intruders, and respond promptly to emergency calls.

The SpeakerPhone Jeweller introduces a new method for alarm verification in Ajax systems—voice calls. When an alarm is triggered, the monitoring center operator can easily check the situation on-site without wasting precious time searching for the owner's phone number. The operator can call the site directly to ask a control question or request a code. They can also listen to what is happening inside the premises. This single call can prevent unnecessary patrol dispatches and save company money.

Installing the SpeakerPhone Jeweller takes just minutes. The installation engineer adds the device to the system by scanning a QR code and mounts the voice module using the SmartBracket mounting panel. There is no need to disassemble the casing or install batteries.

Konotopskyi noted that the device is full-duplex, so there's no need to operate in walkie-talkie mode with the client.

“We are adding to our stack of protocols - Ajax VoRF. This radio protocol is the transport for the voice in SpeakerPhone - 1,7 km range of voice transmission in full duplex:) This kind of devices used to be utility devices with very basic sound quality. We decided to change it and embedded AI to improve quality of sound. SpeakerPhone hear the voice in the range of 10 meters. And works on one set of batteries up to 3 years or 12 hours in conversation mode. And of course there is a DC power backup,” the entrepreneur explained.

Currently, to use the SpeakerPhone, you need to support SIP servers (either independent or part of your monitoring software).

Konotopskyi mentioned that several CMS software manufacturers are integrating the device. It is currently compatible with Hub 4G and will soon be compatible with Hub 2 Plus.
