The so-called "head" of Crimea created his own private military company on the occupied peninsula. It is commanded by one of the main mercenaries of the Wagner PMC.

This is reported by "Important stories".

The media note that Aksyonov is one of the few among the Russian elite who maintains close contact with "Putin's cook" and the owner of "Wagner" Yevgeny Prigozhin. In all likelihood, they together created a separate military group in occupied Crimea.

In March of this year, Aksyonov spoke on Crimean television about the appearance of a new "military unit" in Crimea. The media claim that we are talking about a private military company, "Convoy".

Telegram even has a channel with the same name. It publishes calls to join PMCs, as well as propaganda texts. In particular, conspiracy theories about how the Rockefellers bought the water supply system in Ukraine and now "with the help of a special chemical composition, they paralyze those parts of the brain that are responsible for identifying a person."

According to the publication, formally, "Convoy" is a combat army reserve (BARS). Participants sign two contracts - with PMCs and the Ministry of Defense. According to one of the members, the monthly salary of mercenaries is about 200,000 rubles, and that of the commanders is 300,000. In addition, they promise land "in the Crimea or Abkhazia."

The media notes that about 300 people serve in the unit. The positions of the "Convoy" are located in the Kherson region adjacent to Crimea.
