On the third day after the start of the mobilization, about 10,000 and up to 20,000 Russians were already at the Ukrainian border.
This was announced on September 27 during a conversation with Russian human rights activist Mark Feygin, adviser to the OP Aleksey Arestovich.
âThey have already replenished the defending units near Svatove, Lyman and Kupyansk. Some of them died, and some are already in captivity. Everything is very fast. Their fate is sad because they are not allowed to prepare at all,â he said.
Recall that the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine said that intelligentsia from the central regions of Russia also falls under Putin's mobilization.
