Say something rewarding to somebody of your everyday life, that you never had the courage or time to tell him/her?

I would say a word of my appreciations to my teachers, my wife and my parents. Because we had just a little time to spent together. I would love to speak with them much more. I would repeat them that I’m really grateful to them for giving me knowledge and love.

What would you appreciate people say about you?

Truth.

If you were born again, whom would you like to be?

I like my life. I would repeat everything.

Is there a song that you never get bored of listening?

Probably, if I would listen for something (too much) times I’ll be bored anyway.

In case of nuclear cataclysm, is there a book or a movie you would save?

For sure some historical movie, about some negative event in the history that we have to remember. Same about the book. It could be about wars, religions, relations between nations. Something that we have to remember. Bible could be even if you’re not a believer. It’s important to look back and to understand ourselves.

An experience that you would like to do, but never had the time or courage to do?

I wanted to be a football player when I was little. There is a period of my childhood, when I hated to play (violin). Really. And if you’ll ask some famous musicians, not everyone would tell you that they loved it, or they didn’t want to stop playing. Because it’s really hard work. I can say that of course. But my father was quite strict. When I was 12-14, I practiced for 10 hours a day. I would not say that it’s healthy even for the hands. If you have practice for 5 hours, for me it’s quite good. I know that not everyone is practicing even five hours, but if you want to become a good violinist you have to. Look, it’s in every profession. If you want something, you have to work hard.

A dream of yours not yet come true…

This I can say immediately. I really want Odessa to be a cultural center, at least, in Eastern Europe. In general. But, we need more people to act in the same direction. It’s not impossible. You have to think positive, you have to produce positive news, about what we have here. I mean good news. Even if somebody is out of Ukraine, he has even more opportunity to promote the City.
