Architects from Aranchii Architects have revealed the design of the headquarters for the company Jam, leading distributor of musical instrument products, according to the founder of the architectural studio, Dmytro Aranchii. The building will be constructed on Velika Kiltseva Street in Kyiv.
The building will include a showroom for musical instruments, offices, a guitar service center, a concert hall, a warehouse, ground-level landscaping, and an accessible rooftop. Additionally, an atrium will be incorporated to enhance the sense of openness and visual connectivity between the floors.
The building's transparent facades face pedestrians and drivers, creating a cozy semi-patio at the bend, inviting visitors to the central entrance.
