"Two Russian army commanders visited the direction of Kreminna. The task of the Russians is very simple. They want to go in the Lyman direction to reach Torske. They want to reach this frontier; they have accumulated forces and means there. They want to get there and attack. Thus, having outplayed our Izyum-Lyman operation by half." Aleksey Arestovich, the adviser to the Office of the President of Ukraine, spoke about this in a conversation with Russian human rights activist Mark Feygin on YouTube.
"They are not very good at it, since they have had quite big problems in Kreminna. And even though they have accumulated sufficient forces, they are not able to advance. The last attempt, about two weeks ago, was a failure. And according to our data, now they will try again. Moreover, the commanders do not come in vain."
There Ukraine can expect events related to their counteroffensive.
"Below, in Belogorivka, they want to push our troops back. For the front not to be a ledge and to create conditions for crossing the Northern Donets. They want to level the flanks.
So far, the plan is not working out, despite the fact that they have accumulated reserves. Therefore, in the coming days, an offensive can be expected there," said Arestovich
