In Dnipro, one person was killed and six others injured as a result of a rocket strike. Three of the injured are in critical condition.
This information was reported by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration, Serhiy Lysak, in a Telegram.
"We have one fatality in Dnipro. There are 6 other injured, including a 7-month-old baby. The girl has poisoning from smoke inhalation," the message reads.
Lysak noted that three individuals in critical condition include women aged 27 and 30, and a 29-year-old man. Others are in stable condition.
The multi-story building has four floors severely damaged. According to Lysak, it is likely that people are trapped inside apartments. People are also trapped in cars around the site of the rocket attack.
A fire broke out in one of the stairwells of the damaged building.
