Yesterday, January 11, 2023, the second part of aid for the energy sector of Ukraine - 45 standby power plants with a capacity of 94 to 150 kVA - was received from JSC "Azerenerji", Republic of Azerbaijan.
Commenting on this event, the Minister of Energy of Ukraine, Herman Galushchenko, noted: "I want to express my personal gratitude to my colleague, the Minister of Energy of Azerbaijan, Parviz Shahbazov, for his quick reaction and effective, timely support. We are grateful for your solidarity with the Ukrainian people."
The first batch of equipment from Azerbaijan, which included 45 power transformers and 5 backup power plants, has already been distributed among energy companies and transferred to the regions most affected by the Russian attacks.
