On February 18–19, 2025, the Brave1 defense technology cluster will organize the Defense Tech Innovations Forum 2025 in Kyiv. This key event of the year in the field of defense innovations will discuss advanced technologies that ensure Ukraine's advantage and shape the future of global defense.
The forum represents 4 domains in which key defense tech revolutions are taking place today: Air, Land, Water, and Space.
Air: What will future air defense look like? Experts will discuss protection against drones, missiles, and hypersonic weapons, as well as the use of laser technologies and interceptor drones to neutralize air threats.
Land: Autonomy has already become an essential tool in combat operations. During the panel, experts will explore how autonomous systems and robotics are changing military affairs, where they can already replace humans, and what technological breakthroughs are needed for their development.
Water: How are aquatic drones changing the course of naval warfare? Forum participants will learn about the success of Ukrainian developers in creating affordable unmanned boats that effectively target large ships.
Space: We will discuss how defense tech projects can enter this sphere and which solutions are most relevant for Ukraine right now.
Brave1 is a Ukrainian defense innovation cluster aimed at supporting the country’s defense tech industry in creating the best technological solutions to meet the needs of Ukraine’s Security and Defense Forces.
Among its key activities, the cluster assists with product codification according to NATO standards, organizes testing at military ranges,
and provides grant support.
