The racists are taking control of important infrastructure facilities and institutions of the financial and banking system in the temporarily occupied territories of the Donetsk region, which are trying to join the so-called "DPR". To this end, the State Committee for Defense of the DPR, chaired by Pushylin, decided to "nationalize" strategic enterprises. This procedure also covers all valuables found in bank safes and payment terminals.
The occupiers are also trying to establish the work of critical infrastructure facilities by sending "proven personnel" to them. However, the mass mobilization carried out by the DNR authorities caused an acute shortage of personnel at most of the facilities of the temporarily occupied territories. In particular, the management of Donetsk Railway appealed to the occupation administrations to demobilize their employees to take urgent measures to repair and maintain the railway infrastructure.
Instead, in the absence of a mobilization resource, the DPR government sends to war employees of strategic enterprises and students of higher education institutions, people with chronic diseases, and even the disabled.
As part of the policy of saving financial resources, Donetsk "helmsmen" reduce "mobilized" wages at the main place of work. Employers were allowed to receive a so-called "naked" salary without allowances or bonuses, which is much less than the usual average monthly earnings.
