Currently, locals are not allowed to leave the city. At the same time, several crews of Russian TV channels are working here to demonstrate the "establishment of a peaceful life."
Despite the lack of earnings in most of the population, prices for goods and services are constantly rising. In particular, the cost of a one-and-a-half-liter bottle of water is about 100 hryvnias, a kilogram of pork - UAH 600.
There are also private funeral teams from the Russian Federation in the city. The price of their "services" is UAH 10,000 for one body.
