Iran has so far refrained from transferring its ballistic missiles to Russia because of the potential consequences, Andriy Yusov, a spokesman for the HUR, said on the telethon air.
At the same time, intelligence officials emphasized that such agreements exist between the aggressor country and Tehran.
"Serious work continues on this (the transfer of missiles), although we know that there are preliminary agreements, now it remains to wait and see," Yusov said.
He added, "in Iran, not everyone is so eager to help Putin, realizing how this can threaten the Iranian regime."
