Last month, over 1.8 thousand new gasoline-powered cars joined the country's fleet, which is a 24% decrease compared to last year.

This was reported by Ukravtoprom.

At the same time, the share of these cars in the total new car sales has also dropped. In November 2023, they accounted for 45% of the market for new cars, but now it is 35.5%.

The top 5 new gasoline cars sold were:

  • SKODA Octavia - 139 units
  • HYUNDAI Tucson - 97 units
  • RENAULT Duster - 90 units
  • KIA Sportage - 84 units
  • MAZDA CX5 - 82 units

Among imported used cars, gasoline vehicles also hold the lead.

Gasoline-powered cars made up 46% of the used cars registered in Ukraine in November (6.8 thousand units), with an average age of 10.5 years.

The top 5 imported used gasoline cars were:

  • VOLKSWAGEN Golf - 549 units
  • AUDI Q5 - 332 units
  • VOLKSWAGEN Tiguan - 284 units
  • RENAULT Megane - 262 units
  • NISSAN Rogue - 247 units
