The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark will transfer an additional grant of approximately 4.7 million euros to the Fund to Support Ukrainian Energy for the swift restoration of critical energy infrastructure in the frontline regions of Mykolaiv and Kharkiv. This was announced by the Ministry of Energy.

Thus, the total amount contributed and announced by donors to the Fund now exceeds 551 million euros.

"Denmark became the first sponsor of the Fund to Support Ukrainian Energy by making a contribution to the restoration of Ukrainian energy back in April 2022," noted Energy Minister Herman Halushchenko.

The ministry emphasized that over the past few weeks, Germany, Australia, the United Kingdom, and Austria have also contributed funds or declared their intentions to contribute to the Fund.
