The Russian Federation mobilizes from Occupied territories of Ukraine persons who are not subject to conscription at all. This primarily applies to employees of "strategic enterprises", which have so far been guaranteed "armor", Ukrainian intelligence reports.
A new order for 1,700 people came to the Alchevsk Metallurgical Plant (AISW). This is the fourth and largest wave of mobilization at the plant. Earlier there were orders for 1000, 500, 400 people.
The "reservation" was also removed from the district electric networks' employees.
In order to increase the "effectiveness" of mobilization measures, employees of the LNR traffic inspectorate were given the right to issue summonses at stationary traffic police posts. Several mobile crews are working on the Alchevsk-Bile highway, stopping traffic on the road and issuing warrants to men in cars.
Employees of the LNR military enlistment offices and the Russian army police conduct apartment-by-apartment searches in search of men of conscription age (18-65).
Documents of non-conscripts were found among the papers of the destroyed unit of the so-called "DPR Army". In particular, Oleksandr Savenko, an invalid who was not subject to military service. Or Andriy Ivakin, an employee of the Komsomolets Donbass mine, with a certificate stating that he works at a "strategically important enterprise."
None of them was helped by the received documents and all of them remained in the Ukrainian land forever.
