The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba, emphasized the importance of accelerating the delivery of military aid from partners, stating that every delay has a negative impact on the situation on the frontline.
"Every delay in delivery leads to failures on the frontline. This is a general rule. So the answer to your question is yes. We appreciate the sincere commitment of the United States to compensate for delays in delivery with new commitments and new shipments, which is why I paid so much attention to the issue of timing in our negotiations and in my opening remarks. But this applies not only to the United States," Kuleba said at a joint press conference in Kyiv with US Secretary of State Antony Blinken on Wednesday in Kyiv.
Kuleba emphasized that Ukraine calls on countries to make new announcements of aid and weapons deliveries.
"When Ukrainian infantrymen or artillerymen have everything they need, we win. Every time there are delays in deliveries and shortages, we do not win. The law of war is cruel but very clear," the Minister of Foreign Affairs stressed.
