Russian ships are currently absent in the Black Sea waters. This was stated in the broadcast of the nationwide telethon United News by the Chief of the Strategic Communications Center of the Southern Defense Forces, Dmytro Pletenchuk.

"They continue their movement towards a new point of deployment. Essentially, they stopped 'overnight' and after that, they continue to move further away from our Crimea," he said.

According to him, the units that went out to sea are missile boats.

"They entered the Azov-Black Sea area to conduct technical tests. The ships are under construction, and accordingly, they were supposed to undergo state trials, but we know that the first ship of this series, which has already left the warehouse, didn't even complete these tests, so we won't see them soon," added Pletenchuk.
