According to RBC-Ukraine's sources, the drone attack on North Ossetia is an operation by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense. The aftermath of the attack is being clarified.

It is worth noting that the Russian Ministry of Defense claims that one drone was allegedly shot down in North Ossetia overnight on June 7. According to the head of the region, there were three drones flying towards a military airfield.

It is worth noting that North Ossetia is home to the Mozdok military airfield. As known, a separate 485th separate helicopter regiment is based there. This is one of the airfields from which MiG-31K aircraft take off, which are carriers of the Kinzhal aeroballistic missiles.
