In the Odessa region, damage to energy, port, transport, industrial, and residential infrastructure was recorded overnight as a result of an attack by Russian drones.

This was reported on Telegram by the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kiper.

“Overnight, the enemy carried out another massive attack with strike UAVs on the southern part of the Odessa region. In the affected areas, damage was recorded to energy, port, transport, industrial, and residential infrastructure,” he said.

According to Kiper, the strikes damaged a civilian dry cargo vessel and a warehouse in one district. In addition, the roof of a two-story residential building caught fire, and a garage was damaged. Firefighters promptly extinguished the fires.

As the regional administration head noted, in another district of the region, the attack damaged windows and roofs of 122 private houses, as well as glazing in three multi-story buildings. An empty warehouse facility was also damaged. No casualties were reported.

Kiper also informed that power supply disruptions are being observed in the areas affected by the strikes. Critical infrastructure facilities are operating on generator power.

Resilience centers have been set up at the sites, with about 900 people having already sought assistance.

“Rescue and emergency repair services are working at the scene. Their work is complicated by constant air raid alerts,” the head of the regional administration emphasized.
