In the Odessa and Kherson regions, the Food Train is operating, providing hot meals to people left without electricity and heating due to Russian attacks.
Ukrzaliznytsia reported this on Facebook.
“Residents of cities experiencing blackouts due to enemy attacks can warm up and charge their devices at railway stations. In particular, resilience points at the Odessa and Mykolaiv stations offer warmth, hot tea, and the ability to stay connected,” the report states.

Overall, "Points of Invincibility" are operating at 94 railway stations across Ukraine.
