The French Republic will continue to provide assistance to Ukraine. President Emmanuel Macron made this statement, at the France 5 television channel.
"We should continue to support Ukraine because it allows us to live in peace. We are not at war with Russia. But we must not allow Russia to achieve victory," he said.
According to Macron, for this reason, "in the coming months, France will have to make important decisions."
"We see that there are doubts in Europe (about assistance to Ukraine). It is felt that there are doubts in the United States as well. We should continue to support and strengthen the security of Kyiv in the most important areas," noted the French leader.
