Russian aviation has dropped 32 guided aerial bombs (GABs) on the territory of Russia's Kursk region since the beginning of the day and has shelled border settlements in Ukraine's Sumy region, including Khotyn, Basivka, Richky, Bilopillia, and Krasnopillia, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The report states that operations in the Kursk region are ongoing, with Russian aircraft continuing to strike Russian cities and villages. Since the beginning of the day, Russian planes have carried out 22 strikes using 32 GABs on their own territory.
Additionally, Russian forces have conducted airstrikes with GABs on the areas of Khotyn, Basivka, Richky, Bilopillia, and Krasnopillia in the Sumy region.
Today, communities in the settlements of Boyaro-Lezhachi, Krasnopillia, Basivka, Mezenivka, Novenke, and Myropillia in the Sumy region, as well as Mykhalchyna Sloboda and Polissia in the Chernihiv region, have been affected by enemy artillery, mortars, and multiple launch rocket systems.
