Ukrainian startup HIMERA continues to solidify its position in the secure digital communication systems market. Thanks to technological innovations and a comprehensive understanding of modern needs, the company has significantly expanded its product line. Among the new releases, the most attention-grabbing innovations are in the field of repeaters, particularly the B1, R1, and E1 models. These devices are designed to solve communication challenges on the battlefield, where reliable and robust connections are critical.
The B1 repeater, dubbed the "network extender," is a compact device intended to extend the range of radio stations in a noise-resistant mode called PPRC (Protected Radio Communication). This mode safeguards communications from radio interference and electronic warfare (EW), ensuring stable data transmission even in challenging environments.
PPRC technology operates by continuously changing the working frequency in a pseudo-random sequence, making signal interception or jamming nearly impossible. A standout feature of the B1 is its integration into mesh networks, where each device can function as a node, passing data further along the chain. This is especially valuable in difficult terrain, where flexibility and reliability are essential.
The B1's compact size and autonomous power supply allow it to be deployed on various platforms. For instance, the repeater can be mounted on a drone for rapid communication setup in the field. Alternative deployment options include using balloons or masts, but drones provide maximum mobility and deployment speed in critical situations.
Another important new product is the R1 repeater, which offers the ability to connect a secure radio channel to the internet. This feature enables data from radio stations to be transmitted over unlimited distances via satellite communication systems like Starlink. The R1 model also retains mobility, making it ideal for operational tasks that require linking local communications to global networks.
Finally, the E1 model is designed for creating Wi-Fi bridges. This repeater extends coverage in areas where direct internet access is not possible. It enables communication in remote or hard-to-reach locations, opening new opportunities for humanitarian missions, reconnaissance, or search and rescue operations.
Each of HIMERA's new products reflects a deep understanding of modern communication needs and high-level engineering solutions. The devices are compact, reliable, and adaptive, making them indispensable in environments where stable communication can be a decisive factor for success.
