Denys Maliuska and ICC investigations team agreed to record in detail russia's war crimes in Ukraine in order to bring the perpetrators to justice, reported by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
The Minister of Justice of Ukraine Denys Maliuska met with a delegation of the non-governmental human rights organization Amnesty International led by its Secretary General Agnès Callamard.
During the meeting, the participants discussed the cooperation of the Ministry of Justice with the investigations team of the International Criminal Court, the mechanisms of international and national justice, the possibility of paying compensation and reparations by russia for losses caused to Ukraine as a result of aggression. International human rights activists were also briefed on the work of the Ministry of Justice in documenting violations and war crimes committed by the aggressor in Ukraine, as well as the role of Ukraine's international partners in this process.
The parties agreed to exchange information for the detailed recording of war crimes and bringing them to the attention of the international community. In particular, Amnesty International promised to support Ukraine in bringing those responsible to justice for violations of international humanitarian and human rights law.
It should be noted that a joint team of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and Middleware have launched a chatbot that allows to fix the crimes against humanity by the russian federation during the war in Ukraine.
