The non-academic ranking uniRank University Ranking has published the results among higher education institutions. Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute (NTUU KPI) remains in the first place among Ukrainian universities.
The ranking included colleges and universities that meet the selection criteria of uniRank. Among the 192 Ukrainian higher education institutions, the top five included Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Karazin Kharkiv National University, and Lviv Polytechnic. Traditionally, Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute topped the ranking.
The uniRank University Ranking is a non-academic ranking of the popularity of higher education institutions in the online space. The ranking of universities is based on independent webometric indicators from authoritative sources such as Moz, Majestic, and SimilarWeb.
Among the criteria that participants must meet:
- Have a charter, license, or accreditation from the relevant Ukrainian higher education organization,
- Offer at least a three-year bachelor's degree or postgraduate master's or doctoral degree,
- Conduct courses primarily in a traditional, non-distance learning format.
