In the Kherson region, 17 people were injured due to Russian shelling throughout the day, including two children.

This was reported by the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office.

"With drones, aerial bombs, and artillery, including rocket artillery: the Russian army continues to shell Kherson region, resulting in injuries – law enforcement is documenting the consequences," the statement reads.

It is noted that pre-trial investigations have been initiated in criminal proceedings regarding violations of the laws and customs of war.

 

 

According to the investigation, as of 4:00 PM on September 27, 2024, the Russian army continues to carry out numerous shellings of the de-occupied territory of the region with various types of weapons. In total, throughout the day, 17 people were injured, including two children. There are also hospitalized individuals with severe injuries, including traumatic amputations of limbs.

In particular, according to the prosecutor's office, at least four people in Antonivka and Kherson were injured at 12:10 PM and 1:45 PM due to explosives dropped from drones. Two of them were in a car.

As a result of an artillery shelling in Velyke, around 11:30 AM, one person was hospitalized in serious condition.

Other residents of the region were injured due to attacks by aircraft, rocket artillery, and mortars.
