Residents of the occupied territory of the Zaporizhzhia region are advised not to go to celebrate the New Year on the street.
Russian invaders in the temporarily occupied Zaporizhzhia region are preparing provocations with explosives for the New Year. Mass events can become objects of Russian attacks.
On the air of Apostrophe TV, a fighter of the Legion of Freedom, Konstantin Denisov, recommended that residents of the occupied territories not celebrate the New Year on the street in any case.
"We received information from our people in the occupied territories that the Russians are preparing for provocations for the New Year holidays. The objects will be mass festive events in Energodar, Melitopol, and Berdyansk, where children will gather near the Christmas trees. They are preparing explosions, which may be disguised as New Year's gifts explosives or under garlands around Christmas trees. They also received a new batch of drones from Crimea, from which they can drop self-made explosive devices directly on the crowd during the celebration. Therefore, we recommend you never go to celebrate on the street, and even more so from children," Denisov said.
In the temporarily occupied part of the Zaporizhzhia region, the Russian invaders stepped up their efforts to search for patriotic Ukrainians. In particular, in Tokmak, the enemy stepped up administrative and police measures.
The head of the Zaporizhzhia military administration, Oleksandr Starukh, said that the Russian occupiers used Melitopol as a logistics hub and pull manpower to the Zaporizhzhia direction. He also noted that the Russian invaders continued their filtration measures in the occupied territory of the Zaporizhzhia region.
