Previously unknown details of the liberation of the Vovchansk Aggregate Plant were shared by the commander of the Stugna unit of the Special Operations Forces, Timur, with the call sign Linux, during a national telethon.

He stated that an important phase of the mission was the discreet accumulation of our forces and resources in the area where the combat task was carried out.

"This is a classic operation for special forces. It is a complex multi-stage operation involving significant resources: both unmanned systems, artillery, and personnel experienced in clearing such facilities. So this was our task, and we completed it fully," the intelligence officer noted.

According to him, one of the critical factors during the mission was the clear coordination among the groups involved in the assault: Timur's special units—Stugna, Paragon, Yunger, RDK, BDK, and Terror.

"Each of these groups had its own specific work style, and overall, we managed to maintain this coordination. This is always important in any units," emphasized Linux.

He also spoke about the role of the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Lieutenant General Kyrylo Budanov, during the liberation of the Vovchansk Aggregate Plant.

"It is no secret that Kyrylo Oleksiyovych Budanov often directly participates in operations. Specifically, during this operation, he was with us at a crucial moment, at a key stage. He was present for several days, directly managing the mission. Undoubtedly, this supports the fighters and motivates them," said the intelligence officer.
