President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting with Prime Minister of Moldova Vasile Tofan.
"We support Moldova, your sovereignty and territorial integrity. We are always ready to help and provide support. We have very good relations and communication at the presidential level," the Head of State emphasised.
Vasile Tofan assured that Moldova would continue to support Ukraine.
"Thank you for your resilience and courage. We greatly appreciate it. I want you to know that the overwhelming majority of people in Moldova are deeply grateful to Ukraine and its soldiers for their bravery," the Prime Minister said.

During the meeting, the two leaders discussed European integration, particularly the importance of Ukraine and Moldova continuing their joint path towards membership of the European Union. Any attempts to separate the two countries' EU accession processes are unacceptable.
"Moldova and Ukraine are certainly stronger when we move together in this direction. It is important that we continue to do so, because it is only fair," Volodymyr Zelenskyy noted.
The discussions also covered the situation in Transnistria and the associated security challenges in the region, as well as military cooperation. Today, the Prime Ministers of Ukraine and Moldova signed an agreement on military-technical cooperation.
Particular attention was paid to joint infrastructure projects and other agreements. The President emphasised that Ukraine had proposed restoring the Solidarity Lanes initiative, which would help accelerate the export of Ukrainian goods to other European countries.
The Head of State also thanked Moldova for its support for the Vertical Gas Corridor, particularly its decision to introduce a discount on gas transit through the Trans-Balkan route.
In addition, the parties discussed reduced tariffs for transporting Ukrainian freight and support for Moldova's water supply.
