The number of wounded as a result of the Russian missile attack on Kyiv has risen to ten, announced Mayor Vitali Klitschko.
"There are already 10 casualties in the Pechersk district of the capital. Two of them were hospitalized. Currently, one victim remains in the hospital, while the other, a 16-year-old girl, has already been discharged," he said.
Klitschko added that other victims received assistance on the spot. Rescuers continue to clear the rubble of the destroyed building.
The Kyiv city military administration also reported ten casualties, but according to their data, two people remain in the hospital.
In the morning, Russian forces from the occupied territory of Crimea launched two ballistic missiles at Kyiv. According to the Ukrainian Armed Forces, they were intercepted. This was the third attack by Russia on Kyiv in the last 5 days. According to local authorities, as a result of the missile strike, a non-residential building was damaged in the Pechersk district, and a multi-story building was damaged in the Solomianskyi district. In the Dniprovskyi and Holosiivskyi districts, debris fall was recorded.
