Kyiv has entered the top 15 best cities in the world for digitalization and the development of electronic services.
This was announced by the Deputy Head of the Kyiv City State Administration for the implementation of self-government powers in the field of digital development, digital transformations, and digitalization, Petro Olenych.
The Local Online Services Index ranking by the UN is conducted every two years and shows how cities are undergoing digital transformation. It assesses online services, electronic democracy services, and digital infrastructure.
“This year, we have outperformed cities like Paris, Rome, and Vienna in these indicators and have entered the top 15 among 193 cities. We thank Kyiv residents for their feedback, which enables us to develop the city despite all challenges,” noted Petro Olenych.
