In the Russian Federation, the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, and the owner of the private military company Liga (formerly PMC Wagner), Yevgeny Prigozhin, can gather 15,000 people for the war in Ukraine.

Nuclear weapons are Putin's last option in a war with Ukraine. Before that, there may be a general mobilization.

These people will become the last reserve of the Russian Federation, said the Russian opposition leader and human rights activist Mark Feygin in an interview with TSN.

According to the human rights activist, the Russian leadership has not yet become aware of more than 50,000 dead, but mobilization can help them in this.

I think that now Kadyrov and Prigozhin will gather another 15,000 together - and this will be the last reserve.

In his opinion, if Kadyrov and Prigozhin cannot help, there will be a general mobilization in Russia, which could last several months.

…Unless, of course, during these few months the situation for Russia does not become critical, and there will be no point in mobilizing.
