Military exercises involving soldiers from Romania and the United States have started in Moldova

Multinational training JCET-2024 has started in Moldova, involving military personnel from Romania and the United States. The training will last from April 1 to April 19.

This information is reported by the press service of the Ministry of Defense of Moldova.

The department noted that the aim of the training is joint preparation and exchange of experience between Moldovan, Romanian, and American special forces, as well as increasing the level of operational compatibility between the participating contingents.

This year, representatives of the State Protection and Security Service and the Pantera Special Purpose Unit will also take part in the event.

According to the scenario, the military will perform parachute jumps, advanced combat shooting during day and night, and field training for specific tasks.
