Blocking the "grain corridor" will have negative consequences not only for Ukraine, but it will also affect food security in the world. It may provoke a significant increase in grain prices in the future. The Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, Mykola Solsky, said this on the air of the #UArazom nationwide marathon.

Grain prices react negatively, they will go up. And we really hope for joint work with our partners to correct this situation

The disruption of the deal will also be reflected in the domestic market. In Ukraine, there is already a tendency to decrease the cultivated area. Farmers sowed winter crops this year by about 40% less than last year.
