PJSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya, which is part of the Naftogaz Group, increased its gas production to 13.9 billion cubic meters in 2024, compared to 13.2 billion cubic meters in 2023.
This was reported by the press service of the oil and gas company.

I am grateful to my colleagues for their teamwork and unwavering dedication to their profession," said acting Chairman of the Board of NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine, Roman Chumak.
Naftogaz also reported that last year, the company put 83 new wells into operation, including 60 production wells and 23 exploration wells.
In 2024, the company expanded directional drilling, which facilitated gas production in hard-to-reach areas. A total of 60 directional wells were drilled, compared to 51 in 2023.
Moreover, the company drilled over 370,000 meters during the year, a 14% increase from 2023 and the highest figure in recent years.
