The industrial park "UNIVERSAL INDUSTRY" has been added to the registry of industrial parks. It is located in the town of Rokytne in Bila Tserkva district of the Kyiv region. The relevant decision was adopted by the Government at the meeting on February 2, 2024.
According to the concept of the industrial park, covering an area of 13.3 hectares, approximately 650 jobs will be created in the processing industry. Investors plan to establish production facilities for building metal structures and finished metal products, machinery and equipment, food products, and other goods. Additionally, scientific and technical activities and information and telecommunication activities are expected to take place within the new industrial park.
The total investment in the industrial park for the next three years is estimated to be around UAH 735 million.
It is noteworthy that "UNIVERSAL INDUSTRY" is the second park added to the registry of industrial parks this year and the 75th in the overall list.
