The rocket strike on Odessa on March 15 was the most massive in terms of casualties. As a result of the Russian attack, 20 people were killed.
This was reported by the head of the Odesa Regional State Administration Oleg Kiper in Telegram.
As of the morning of March 16, 40 people injured in the attack remain in hospitals. Nine of them are in critical condition.
Today, mourning was declared in the Odessa region for those killed in the Russian forces' attack.
"Today, the city and the region are mourning for the 20 victims of the deadliest terrorist attack in Odessa in terms of casualties caused by Russian terrorists. Once again, I express my sincere condolences to the families of the victims," Kiper said.
Yesterday, March 15, Russian forces launched a rocket strike on Odessa. When rescuers and medical personnel arrived at the scene of the shelling, the Russians struck the city again.
As known, they attacked Odessa with Iskander-M ballistic missiles.
