Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Oleksiy Danilov said that the main condition for negotiations with Russia is the restoration of the territorial integrity of Ukraine.
He wrote about this on Twitter, adding that President Volodymyr Zelensky put forward the main condition for negotiations with the Russian Federation - the exit of the invaders beyond the borders of 1991.
Danilov called the transfer of modern air defense systems, aviation, tanks and long-range missiles to Ukraine a guarantee of fulfilling such conditions.
“The strategy is pre-emptive actions. Russian missiles must be destroyed before they are launched in the air, on land and at sea,†Danilov wrote.
